Modeling passive devices using s-parameters in HyperLynx LineSim v7.5

I have an old HyperLynx LineSim v7.5 that I would like to use to model an input circuit to an AC-coupled differential receiver. The input circuit consists of the connector and a transformer. So I am trying to figure out how to model 3-port RF components after adding the s-parameter files to the library (I started with a new LineSim free-form schematic). I am not sure how to go about it since the ports are not designated as inputs or outputs (see attached).

Can this HyperLynx version be used to model such circuits? If so, how do I go about assigning the ports to an IC? What I expect to end up with is a schematic that shows each of the 3 ports, with ports 2 and 3 connected to the differential input of a clock receiver model. Note, I am not very familiar with HyperLynx.
