Deleting a corrupt component?!!

Hi all,

A colleague of mine has created a component and a part type in PADS Layout but whenever we click on it in the library editor it causes a fatal run time error....

Another problem this causes is if we try to assign a decal to a part type, if the corrupted decal is one below it, when the good decal is assigned, it highlights the corrupt decal and crashes the programme again.

Does anyone know of any way we can delete it? We have tried using notepad and notepad ++ to no avail.

Please help!!
