CAM files default names and locations and maybe a template?

I have several problems with generating CAM files.

1. the drop-down box for the directory name is way too small. If the path to your folder is more than about 25 characters, you can't see it. It doesn't scroll the name either. That box needs to have an "auto-size" feature. And there should be an option to save the CAM files in the current layout directory also. That's usually where you want them.

2. Is there a way to save a template of the CAM file setups? I have been creating all of the output files from scratch on every design. That leads to a lot of errors, not to mention the amount of time it takes to do the same thing over and over and over.

3. I really don't get why the default settings for the outputs are set up the way they are. For example, when you specify that you want a silkscreen layer, it includes the "TOP" layer in the output. The TOP layer doesn't contain silk screen information. Other settings are similar, they include things that I don't want. If #1 is solved then this won't be a problem.

Thanks in advance -
