These messages are included in the report in case someone accidentally used a Power/GND symbol with the wrong net name. They can be ignored or you can modify the symbols to prevent the message.

To get rid of the check, you can delete the net name from the power and ground symbols in your library. But I don't do that. I use this feature to flag errors in the net connectivity (like having a non-power name on a net that looks like a power net. and to check for inconsistencies in my power net naming.
For instance, if I have just one +5 volt net on my board and it's called +5V, I know that if I see "+5.0" and "5V0" on the same symbol, there's a problem that I need to fix.
