When running xRC or xACT-3D, the $X and $Y locations of the parasitics can be specified by adding the keywords :

-RLOCATION for resistor locations.

-CLOCATION for capacitance locations.

Normally the locations are specified in the units( database units / precession), which is typically microns.

To specify a different unit for describing locations, the keyword :

-COORDSCALE Value ,can be used with the PEX NETLIST command. Where;

-Value is a scaling factor to report the coordinates in.

For example;

-If value is reported to be 1, coordinates will be reported in meters.

-If value is reported to be 1e-6, coordinates will be reported in microns.

An example would be :

PEX NETLIST "test.dspf" DSPF SOURCENAMES RWIDTH RLAYER RLOCATION CLOCATION COORDSCALE 1e-6
