Ditto for you Gobena. I've moved your question to the Xpedition Layout sub-community for a quicker response.
At "Setup->Project integration" you need to set the "assign single pin nets to unused pins, enabling fanout" to active.
Then do a forward annotation, even when the bulb is green. This will create the one-pin nets, needed for fanout.
Hi Charles. Thank you for your support. Is it supposed to work for spares? (These are package cells that are not on the schematic). I was able to fan out the unused pins for parts that came from the schematic but not for the spares that are added as spares.

I was convinced this works for the spare parts also, but apparently it does not.
However there is a workaround, You can add traces and via's to a spare component by using the Smart Utilities.
"Smart Utilities -> Routing -> Draw trace"
Fill in the required trace width and draw the traces and via's. It might be flagged as hangers during DRC.
Thank you Charles. That works very well. I was going to cell editor to perform this task. The work around, using Smart Utilities comes handy.
Once again I really appreciate your help on this.
("new guy" question:)
Why wouldn't you place symbols for your spares on the schematic, so people know they are available?
These are spares which are not even used (I would think 95% of the time) so it will clutter the BOM and schematic.
I agree with your point.
