I wonder if there are some values in the registry that may be getting tweaked and causing issues.
Try running Configurator.exe to reset the registry values and see if that helps.
Backup the registry before attempting any changes.
One quick question for you.
Do you have dual monitors?
I've seen some instances that if you move the Review Hazard window into the other monitor, things start working again.
we have to restart the PC. before & after running the Configurator. Once it worked for me once i was needed to reinstall the tool.

At this time, if you are still having this issue, it would be best to file a Service Request at the link below. Someone from Mentor will be able to help you track down and correct the issue.

They gave solution of running SDD Configurator.
Given that you have a dual monitor setup I recommend that you have the primary monitor (#1) on the left and the seconndary monitor (#2) on the right.
This has cured for me strange operational problems I have had with Expedition and Design Capture.
Even with this setup there is another software product we have (not Mentor) where drop-down menus don't work properly if the program is running on the secondary monitor. Very frustrating if one is not aware of the issue; sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, it works on some machines, but not on other "identical" machines.
