Show a four pin schematic symbol, with two pins for the drain.
My question was not how to create the symbol. It is how to best create the decal.
I have already created a symbol with 4 pins (2 being drain pins). This does not address how to deal with the extra copper in the decal.
You could create the 3 shapes as a single piece of copper, and associate it to a pin.
I suggest you create a single pad for that abnormal shape lead. I created a similar part Sir466DP in our Mentor library and the pictures below can show the symbol and cell. Its just for your reference. I also uploaded the spec.

Draw the copper shape for pins 5-6, and then associate it to pin 5. Repeat for pins 7-8.
As long as pins 5 and 6 are on the same net this should give no clearance errors; same for 7-8. If they aren't on the same net, you'll probably be happy when the error is reported.
