Where did you define the Diff pairs in CES, from Expedition or DxDesigner? Either way you will probably have to update Expdition PCB, what do the traffic lights show in the bottom right hand corner of Expedition?
P.S. Do you think this discussion be moved to the Layout community space?
The diff pairs were defined from Expedition in CES. Back annotating the PCB updated the three traffic lights to green.
Just moved it to “Layout”…
Try selecting them in Route mode and hitting Gloss.
That should do it.
Unfortunately it did not...

I got two previously unrelated nets to behave like differential pairs after I 1) created the pair, obviously and 2) assigned them an arbitrary length-match value. Glossing nor Tuning would reconstruct the pair routing but dragging them around did the trick. It's kind of manual but at least they don't have to be rerouted. Hope you don't have a lot of them.
In editor control in layout ensure that avoid splitting of pairs is selected if it is unchecked then the differential pairs will split
That did it Mike!
While the pair didn't link immediately after setting the arbitrary length, they hooked up upon glossing and remained tied together after removing the arbitrary length.
