      Hello,

With the release of 2007.5, we have created some on demand web presentations on the major release content specific to Expedition and Xtreme PCB.  These are seen under the Reference tab with the “How-Tos & Tutorials” section on supportnet for the 2007.5 release.

Here are the links to each of these presentations:

          Hi Jerry,

It's nice to see Xtreme PCB 2007.5 supports "Circuit Copy from Templates" which I have request before. I hope Xtreme PCB after 2007.5 can support the setting of miter segment's length during tuning which I also requested for years but not to coming( I see the up-to-date SU having this setting,  however the tuning utility only support a simple 2-pins net,not support complex Enet with pinpairs constraints).

Also it seems that 2007.5 can't recongnize series componet when extracting Enet into HL 8.0 Linesim if no ibis model of series componet there. It's not so convinient to set individual series to thier ibis model when doing a pre-layout topology arragment.

            Hello,

Specific to your question about Tuning support of miter segment lengths, this is not part of the 2007.5 release however we are actively working on this and it should be part of the 2007.6 release.

2007.6 is enhanced specific for Tuning in order to support true Arc's and Miter control.  Miter control is defined by a Miter Ratio (2*R)/Width=<use ratio> where R is the miter height.  This control will allow the user to define sawtooth tuning patterns or simply control the miter segment length regular serpentine tuning patterns.

              BTW,

Today, I have installed 2007.5 in Core 2 Duo Box with Nvidia 9700 GT with 512M VRAM, I the display performace inhance much thank to OpenGL 2.0, I think Expeditiopcb user will love this feature.
