Hello Andrew. You should use the PEX ALIAS command to map xRC layers to LVS layers.For example, if LVS has metal1, and the layer was incorrectly entered into xCalibrate as m1, then the user will need to add the statement:PEX ALIAS m1 metal1m1 is the xCalibrate layer, and metal1 will inherit in-die variation information, nominal electrical settings, and parasitic calculations
Example:LVS deck: metal1xCalibrate deck: m1
layer m1 3457
PEX ALIAS m1 metal1
CAPACITANCE ORDER m1 m2 m3 m4Hope this helps.Karen
Thanks for your answer! I tried it in my LPE flow and it is not always OK.
When I use the technology file like below, it will cause error:
There is a definition inside the tech file: CAPACITANCE ALIAS PLY PLY1
And I added the command: PEX ALIAS PLY POLY
They will contradict each other. What should I do for it? I look into the SVRF manual, PEX ALIAS will alias capacitance, resistance and in-die variation rule on the primary rule.
Is this means that I can delete the command: CAPACITANCE ALIAS PLY PLY1?

Hi Andrew. Capacitance alias is an old command, and it should be deleted.
After I deleted the command: Capacitance Alias, I can solve the problem right now!
