bayelahad - I believe what is being suggested is that it will be more effective with this particular issue to submit it as a Service Request on Support Center. This will give a Support Engineer a better opportunity to investigate this more extensively. You should also be able to attach your model from your other post to the SR.
this will also be a better option for you because your question involves FloEFD, and we currently do not have a community for that product.
