Anyone have some good DDR training material?

Our company has neglected to follow Moore's Law and now our PCB department has hit a brick wall as far as keeping up with current technology.  We are looking to implement several mDDR and DDR2 designs in the next few months and I am looking for some generic DDR training materials to present to the group to give them an introduction to the topic.  I realize each vendor has specific requirements, but I am looking more for something that explains what it is, the different configurations (1-chip, 2-chip, 4-chip, mDDR, DDR, DDR2, DDR3, etc.), the critical specs, general routing guidelines as far as equidistant spacing, tuning banks, tuning strobes to banks, purpose of each signal, etc.

I have Googled and can't find exactly what I am looking for.  Anyone have some good bookmarks or presentations they can share or recommend?

TIA ...
