I am having a similar problem as one stated before only with VeSys 2.0. I am defining a 41 pin connector that has both upper and lower case cavity designations.
When I get to the end of the upper case and switch to lower case, I get an error saying the value has already been used.
Is there some kind of work around for this?
I think you should contact http://supportnet.mentor.com and raise a support request. The default for VeSys 2.0 Components should enable "AllowMixedCaseDuplicatePinNames" (this is taken from the C:\MentorGraphics\VeSys\data\xml\SystemData\ folder).
