This is neither a tool issue nor installation, it is a setting within DC to flag symbols that have changed since they were added to the schematic. You can turn this off if you want to from the Tools - Options dialog. In the Settings TAB there is a 'Flag out of date symbols' optionwhich is either 'Yes' or 'No'.
BTW this sort of question would be answered more quickly with a quick call to your customer support contact.

What cause these symbols out of date? Does the library change or update make this issue? After I replaced the symbol with latest version, the text is vanished. So we can choose to replace the out-of-date symbols or don't flag these symbols, but if we don't update the symbol will it cause other problems?
At the same time, I met another issue, please see below snapshot
When I verified the schematic, there is a error appear said the page stamp(is it called page stamp？) symbol is missing instance name. I deleted this page in page admin, then insert a same page, verified the block, but still got the error, how to solve this?

In response to your first question, if the physical representation of the symbol doesn't change (i.e. footprint or cell in PCB) then you should have no issue with not updating the symbol. If you add or remove pins then of course you may run into packaging issues. It is down to your process how you manage this.
On your second question I would contact customer support in the first instance as they can answer much more quickly than this forum.

I have another question need your help: I'm using Expedition 2005, and I wonder can we add or modify any keyins based on current keyins? Does the tool support it?
