Hi All,

I have downloaded the Rule Area Explorer to review the rule areas in case of a spacing issue.

Public Function GetLocalAppInstance (InstGuid)
' connect to an expedition
    set App = GetObject(,"MGCPCB.ExpeditionPCBApplication")
    ' disable invalid actions during generation
    App.LockServer()

    Counter = 0
    set LocalApp = App.Utility.FindApplication(Counter)
    'connect to the correct instance of Expedition
    Do While LocalApp <> ""
        Set localApp = localApp.Utility.FindApplication(Counter)
        if (LocalApp.InstanceGuid = InstGuid) Then
            Exit Do
        End If
        Counter = Counter + 1
    Loop

    App.UnLockServer()

    set GetLocalAppInstance = LocalApp
End Function

But we have seen, the Eule Area *.efm script does not work with two instances of Expedition PCB.

Obviously there is no subroutine inside to connect to the right application instancelike

But I can not edit the form, seesm to be decrypted.

Can anybody confirm this or at the Mentor side, change this form to support multiple expedition instances.

Kind regards,

Andreas
