Hi, dear all,
I was using Calibre xrc 2010 version. There is a long metal wire in the circuit, which was extracted as distribued resistances along the wire and a big lumped capacitance at the end node of the wire. Shouldn't the result be distribued r and c? I used rc and rcc options which returned the same model type for the wire.
I checked the rule deck, there is no reduce option specified. and I used report distributed option.
Any suggestion will help. Thanks a lot.
Hi. Make sure in your formatter stage, that it also says -rc or -rcc, and that you do not have -g specified. Also, you can set the rule file statement:
PEX REDUCE ANALOG NO
just to make sure there's no reduction turned on.
