I just received a mail from email@example.com this morning concerning " Mentor graphics evaluation request confirmation # ...".
According to the indications given in the mail, I should "review the evaluation request" after loging in SupportNet, however I cannot find this item in my account and the licence file I found in "licences/currentAuthorization codes" after submiting my site, is empty.
I wonder what's wrong with me.
It will be very appreciated if somebody can help me to resolve this problem.
