What exact error message do you get and in which window?
Do you use RSCM or not?
I would contact your AE or support hotline.
They could go into deeper detail, whats wrong with your environment.
This could be a firewall issue, the error states that no free network ports are available.
Try to turn your pc's firewall off or in leaning mode.
As mentioned by Taco it could be a firewall issue.
It's the iCDBNetServer.exe process (one per project) that is responsible for writing to the database, and will run on the client machine when in single-user mode, and on the RSCM when in concurrent mode. It's default port range is 10000-10100 (1st iCDBNetServer.exe to start runs on port 10000, the 2nd on 10001, and so on). So, depending on whether your project is in single-user or concurrent mode, make sure that port range is open on the client or RSCM, respectively.
