PEX mismatch issue

Hi,

 

When I ran Calibre LVS on a top level cell in FLAT mode, it is LVS matching perfectly.

 

Now when I run PEX,

     It is running LVS again in (hier mode) and it's failing.

I actually have "nmos_rf" device only. It is creating a dummy instance "nmos_rf_33". Unfortunately I am having a device with the same name.

 

So I am getting the following messages,

 

Warning: Duplicate subckt definition "NMOS_RF_33" at line 917 in file "./CalibrePEX/svdb/top.sp"

Warning: Duplicate subckt definition "NMOS_RF_18" at line 1376 in file "./CalibrePEX/svdb/top.sp"

 

When I looked at *.sp file, it is having:

It is also creating "nmos_rf_9" and "nmos_rf_22" instances but causing no issues (as I do not have these as devices).

 

I couldn't figure out how to solve the issue and wondering if anyone encountered similar issue.
