You can try 'flip group' after you disconnect all the nets going to and from the group first. It might balk at complex routing though.
Pads should have added this ability LONG ago.
Years ago, I had to flip a design/section. The work around was to make gerbers, convert to dxf. Import the dxf and flip the image, using it as a template to re-position the parts and re-layout the traces. Quite UGLY. Reuse is now available, perhaps some has used it to flip a design (or section).
I don't know of any way to do this. The traces always seem to disappear. If anybody knows of a way or a workaround, I'd be interested.
I gave up and used our ALTIUM seat we boaught for evaluation/possible/probable new tool.
